We’re Merrin and Reegan, two yoga instructors from San Diego, California.  We have a mission- to attend the 2010 Dharma Mittra Training Course in New York City.  We’ve both been to countless yoga trainings, workshops, and seminars over the years, but this project is different- we’re looking to enlist the help of yogis and yoginis around the world to help us find our way to Dharma.  We’ll post daily- yoga ideas, sequences, playlists, discussions on yogic philosophy- creating a resource that yoga teachers, students, and enthusiasts can enjoy.  In return, we’re hoping you’ll send some positive energy our way.  Browse around the site and contact us with your ideas.  We look forward to the adventure ahead!
